Sour Chicken Soup With Batter
Arap Aşı is one of the indispensable soups consumed in Anatolia, especially during the winter months. Apart from chicken, sour plum juice is added to Arap Aşı soup made in Uşak. Due to its sourness, it differs from Arap Aşı soups of other regions.
